Hak Kesihatan Seksual dan Reproduktif\u00a0<\/h2>\n

adalah istilah umum komprehensif yang berkaitan kesihatan seksual, hak seksual, kesihatan dan juga hak reproduktif. Ia merangkumi isu seperti akses kepada khidmat pengguguran kandungan yang selamat, sah dan berpatutan, khidmat kontraseptif, keganasan berasaskan gender, stigma, perancangan keluarga dan bermacam lagi.<\/p>\n

Akses universal kepada HKRS diperkenalkan secara meluas pada 1994 di Persidangan Kependudukan dan Pembangunan Antarabangsa (ICPD) di Kaherah, Mesir. Persidangan Wanita Sedunia Ke-4 (1995) di Beijing dipuji sebagai mempelopori dalam mengangkat isu-isu seperti keganasan terhadap wanita dan perkahwinan kanak-kanak (yang sebelumnya dianggap sebagai masalah peribadi dan domestik, atau sebagai domain budaya dan tradisional) ke dalam arena polisi awam dan mengakui hak seksual dan hak anak perempuan sebagai hak asasi manusia.<\/p>\n

Hak Reproduktif<\/h2>\n

haruslah diperakui dengan meluas sebagai hak manusia. Melindungi dan meningkatkan kesihatan dan reproduksi wanita mempunyai kesan yang berkekalan dalam urusan ekonomi, kesihatan global, peningkatan keseluruhan kualiti hidup wanita dewasa dan muda serta pembangunan negara yang lebih besar. Remaja perempuan dan wanita muda menghadapi rintangan besar dalam memperolehi pendidikan seksualiti, perkhidmatan kesihatan dan melindungi kesihatan mereka sendiri. Wanita haruslah bebas membuat pilihan kesihatan
reproduktif seperti memutuskan untuk hamil atau tidak dan memperolehi bayi, menggunakan alat kawalan kelahiran, melakukan hubungan seks yang selamat atau pengguguran.<\/p>\n
